By accessing, registering on, or using the kkkkjjj website and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the kkkkjjj Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

kkkkjjj reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

To access the full features of the kkkkjjj Platform, including real-money gaming, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kkkkjjj account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. kkkkjjj employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

kkkkjjj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility until you notify kkkkjjj of any unauthorized access and kkkkjjj has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

kkkkjjj employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and kkkkjjj cannot guarantee absolute security.

All deposits and transactions on the kkkkjjj Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kkkkjjj supports the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at kkkkjjj's discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your kkkkjjj account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. kkkkjjj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our control.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kkkkjjj does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• kkkkjjj reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your kkkkjjj account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and up to 1–3 banking days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for details.
• kkkkjjj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all kkkkjjj promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the game server records, the server records shall be the definitive authority.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of kkkkjjj's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and applicable law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kkkkjjj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond kkkkjjj's reasonable control.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform by any third party.
• Errors or omissions in any content on the Platform.

kkkkjjj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkkkjjj account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude kkkkjjj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

kkkkjjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

You may close your kkkkjjj account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

kkkkjjj operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by kkkkjjj may escalate their concern to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
